My wife and I have purchased 2 homes with Rob over the last 5 years and I could not imagine working with anyone else. Our first house was purchased when we moved to Colorado from Maryland. Rob's professionalism, willingness to be flexible with our schedule, and dedication to helping us find our home went above and beyond my expectations. We recently just closed on a new build with Rob and couldn't be happier with his help and involvement through the arduous process. His input was very valuable, honest, and up front. He has always made my wife and me feel comfortable and feel like we were a priority.

Rob and Liz were an amazing team when they helped my mom and me purchase a condo for my mom. I have only good things to say about them. They both stepped up to the plate in ways that were above and beyond, very reliable, and authentic in their interactions. I did not know them, when we were starting out, and I decided to simply trust their expertise and their guidance during the process. And I am so glad I did. They were both very knowledgable and helpful in their own ways (the perfect team!) and patient. I believe they are truly caring individuals, and I am so appreciative of the ways they helped.

Rob and Liz were great, they were available to schedule viewings the same day I contacted them about properties and always gave honest and unbiased opinions of the the houses we looked at. They were completely on top of the purchase from the offer to closing and did a great job to negotiate a good price. We had everything in place for the purchase almost two weeks before closing, in large part because they were so on the ball.

As a first time home buyer they made sure I understood each step of the process and were always available to answer any questions that came up.

I can't speak highly enough of Rob and the level of service he provided. He didn't approach us with high pressure sales or other tactics, he simple laid out the facts & numbers for us to make an informed decision. He was always available to view a property as soon as it was available in the MLS and he patiently worked with us for over a year on finding the perfect house.

Rob is simply fantastic. My boyfriend and I bought our first home from him earlier this year and I'm so glad we had him as a resource. We were completely new to the process of buying a home so naturally we had a million questions and concerns, but Rob navigated us through every step. He told us from the start that he didn't want to waste our time trying to sell us something we knew we didn't want, and there was never any pressure or over-hyped sales pitches. We have worked with Rob twice recently. The first when my daughter was moving from Baltimore to the Denver area. She was buying a small starter home. The second was when we moved into the Denver area and bought a somewhat larger home. There was no difference in the level of service he provided.

He showed my wife countless homes. Since my wife was in Denver and I had not relocated, he would send small videos of houses that were of interest. He was always available to show a house or houses on short notice, and in the current sellers market in Denver that is absolutely critical.
He had great knowledge about the areas we were interested in as well as about both the formal and informal processes associated with buying a home in a hot sellers market. He was completely honest and was willing to tell us if he did not know something, but would then get us an answer.
To sum it up, we always felt like his only customer, he was willing to go the extra mile and would respond almost immediately to a call or a text message. At this point I would consider him more a friend than a business associate.

This was my first home purchase and Rob was very patient with me while I was learning the home buying process. Always quick to respond, took the time to answer all my questions, and delivered good advice along the way. Going on his advice we were able to get a great value in a seller's market!

I have nothing but great things to say about Rob! He helped me in buying my first home and couldn't have made me feel more confident in my decision making and thought process. He made sure to go over everything that was significant to each property, highlighting things I didn't even think to take into consideration but helped to explain why they were important, thus making me more confident in what I found in the end!
